WHEATON, Ill., November 21, 2022–First Trust High Yield Opportunities 2027 Term Fund (the “Fund”) (NYSE: FTHY) has declared the Fund’s regularly scheduled monthly common share distribution in the amount of $0.1269 per share payable on December 27, 2022, to shareholders of record as of December 31, 2022 and to shareholders of record as of March 22, 2022. The Fund will bear its interest in the Common Share and its cash dividend payable on December 27, 2022.
